These photographs attempt to capture something of the mystery and majesty of the horse.  We are proud to share with you these photos of the Mayflower Ranch herd and hope you enjoy the glimpse they will give you into our life and our love of horses.

These prints can be matted and framed to beautifully suit any home decor.  They are professionally printed on high quality glossy or matte archival photograph paper.  Prints are available in several sizes starting at 8 X 10 and up to 12 X 18 inches.  (Some of our prints will also be available soon in 16 X 20 size.)

Please note that the images on your screen are at low resolution in order for web pages to load in a timely fashion.  The prints are much sharper than they appear on this page.

Lacy Dreams
This foal appears to be dreaming behind a curtain of lacy grasses.  This is Nimrod, a 2006 colt out of our stallion Triple Grand Echo.

Available in 8 x 10 size. This print is also available in color without the white border as well as sepia toned (click here to view options).

Dawn in the Woods
This gray mare, Dawn, is one of my favorite subjects.  This made for a very interesting photograph with the group of horses behind her and the rocks and foliage framing the foreground.

Available in 12 x 18 size.  This picture will look stunning when framed!

Peaceful Grazing
A very dreamy feel to this photo - mares and foals are grazing peacefully in a sea of colorful grasses.

End of Day
This photo is enhanced with the use of filters, showing off the waving grass and the beautiful way the sun caught this mare's shiny summer coat.

By Moonlight
This photo, I have to admit, was not taken in the moonlight but I couldn't resist playing around with this one.  The light was catching this beautiful grey mare's coat in such a way that it looked stunning with the use of filters.

Friends
Funny how horses have their special buddies that they hang around with much like humans do!  These two are just hanging out by the edge of the water dugout catching the breeze as they enjoy the warm sunny day.

Shady Gray
Cloud, the handsome grey gelding in the photo, is resting in the shade of the woods.  Just a hint of sun was shining through, enough to catch the flash of his tail and his topline.

Sweet Dreams
Head nodding amongst the ferns, this foal makes a very sweet picture.  This is Nimrod again - he loves to pose!

Mare and foal in a quiet little copse just relaxing on a late summer's afternoon.

Fairfax
Taken on a small wooded hill overlooking the pasture, this filly is resting yet very aware of her surroundings. The trees surrounding her and the twin leaves in the foreground made this shot interesting and beautiful.  Fairfax is this filly's name.

ASPEN
Stunning colors in this close-up of an Aspen shown off beautifully against the dark evergreens in the background and the bright green leaves in the foreground.  This photograph is very life-like, bringing a little bit of our Manitoba woods right into your home! 

Available in 12 x 18 size.  Looks great in glossy or matte.

Below is a sample of one of our 8 x 10 prints framed.  This is the photo titled 'Fairfax' set in a mahogany frame.  You can add your own frames and mats to any of these prints to suit your style and budget.  Another great affordable way to display your print is to have it dry mounted and laminated at your favorite photo lab for a long lasting beautiful poster.

We no longer have framed prints available but watch for them in the future!

Note:  orders of more than one print can be combined to reduce shipping costs.

 United States
I will ship prints to the U.S. via Canada Post Small Packet U.S.A surface.  The shipping charge is a flat rate up to a certain weight and size, therefore I can combine shipping up to a certain weight depending on what size and how many prints are ordered.  The current charge for this shipping service is a great deal at only $5.15 Canadian (approximately $4.45 U.S.)

Smaller prints are packaged flat in tough cardboard shipping boxes.  Larger prints are shipped carefully packed in mailing tubes.  Returns are accepted for damaged items within 30 days of receipt of the print.  Please let me know if your item is damaged and I will refund or exhange the print.
